Absolute discharge – within the meaning of the Criminal Law this is a discharge of the convicted where all the records for the committed crime are to be deleted and the guilt person to be considered as if never performed this concrete crime. So at any time on a later stage this person could obtain a clear criminal record certificate for themselves.
