Annuity

Annuity – this term is a subject of the Insurance Law in some legal systems. Usually, it refers to an amount of money (insurance award), paid on the base of insurance policy, towards a person in monthly or annual installments.

Example: “The parties agree that the annuity in the sum of two thousand US dollars will be payable on the first day of every month”.
