Arbitration decision – this term refers to the judgment, given by an independent referee – arbiter, who is neutral and third party to a legal dispute. His role is to hear and consider the different sides of the legal dispute. And to render a final and binding decision called an “award”. This decision resolves the legal dispute between the parties and creates rules which they have to follow from then on. Usually, arbitrators work in Arbitrage Courts and they have a legal education.
Example: “The arbitration decision was issued last Friday and is not a subject of appeal”.
