Asset – this term is used in the Litigation Procedures, where it refers to a valuable property owned, respectively that could be seized by writ of execution or court warrant for seizure. An asset could be real estate, a movable property (vehicle, furniture, etc.), or money deposited in bank account. These could always be evaluated for money and their title could be transferred to others.
