Award – in the sphere of Arbitration procedures, the award is the actual result of an arbitration hearing, or the result of the financial number of damages, which is given by the Arbitration Court. This is the pursued result by the claimant with the lodged arbitration petition. Usually, decisions of arbiters and arbitration courts could not be a subject of an appeal and enter into force immediately to bind the parties.
