Bail

Bail – this term, used in the Criminal Procession Law in some countries details a commitment made by a police, prosecutor or a judge and secured by depositing money or government bills of exchange. It has to grant the release of a person, who is being held in custody and suspected for a performance of a discovered crime (usually a convicted arrested). The usual role of the bail money is to provide some kind of guarantee that the suspect will appear to answer the conviction at some later date (when called by the police investigators or by the court on the hearings).
