Bailor

Bailor in many legal systems the bailor is the owner of valuable assets, being movable and immovable properties, who temporarily transfers possession of their property to another person – namely the bailee, under concluded bailment agreement. The asset goes in their possession for some temporary purpose (eg. storage for example). And after the expiration of which term the asset is either returned to the bailor or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the bailment agreement.
