Case Conference

Case Conference – used mostly in Court Trials, the term refers to the 1st court hearing on common claims. Common claims are these civil claims, lodged by more than one plaintiff against the same defendant and on the base of the same legal reason. For example, misled property buyers by the same developer, for the purchase of the same apartments, and having equal pretentions for equal sums, usually lodge common claim – in order to achieve equal judgment for all of them and to save court taxes.
