Case disposal – this legal term has got application in the Court Procedures in some jurisdictions. There it means that a concrete lawsuit has been excluded from the court procedures due to its specifics and following the provisions of the Law for such type of lawsuits. For example, an administrative lawsuit which has been lodged initially at the Civil Division should be terminated and sent to the administrative division.
