Case management tracks – this legal term finds application in the Court Procedures. There it refers to the procedural paths which cases would follow depending of their importance. For example in some legal systems, claims for small amounts should be lodged at the district courts. If the amount of the claim is huge, then the claim should be lodged at a higher court (i.e. the County Court) in this area.
