Case officer – in many jurisdictions this term refers to an administrative employee of the court, whose job is to supervise the procedures of registering the lawsuits, its formal moving formal and the work of the judges appointed. In some jurisdictions the case officers may be practicing judges too, in other – only qualified in law administrative personnel.
