Challenge to the array

Challenge to the array – Used mostly in Court Trials, this term details a situation which occurs where the defendant objects to the figures of all the court jurors (i.e. requests that they should pull out of the case due to a concrete legal reason not allowing them to participate and take legal decision on the case. For example this happens if there are evidences that all the jurors could be personally interested in the outcome of the case).
