Confiscable – the term refers to an asset owned by the judgement debtor that can be taken away by execution judge (called somewhere “enforcement agent”) in order to benefit the judgement creditors. In many local Law systems there are certain assets – personal belongings of the private individuals that can not be confiscated in any way (mainly these for personal needs and for practicing the debtor’s profession/job) and these are protected by the local legislation.
