Death penalty – Also known as capital punishment, this is the most severe form of corporal punishment as it is requires law enforcement officers to kill the offender. Performance of the death penalty may include hanging from the neck, gassing, firing squad and has included use of the guillotine. In many countries the death penalty has been already prohibited/forbidden as considered not to be a humanic punishment.
