Deed – the term refers to a written and signed official document which sets out the actions that have to be done or recognitions of the parties towards a certain object. On this matter per the Real Estate Law deed is considered to be the document, signed by the parties, witnessed by a notary public and then registered at the same day at the local Land Register, where certifying the transfer of ownership for concrete real estate by one party to another.
