Delegatus non potest delegare – From Latin: This is one of the main principles of the Administrative law: that a delegated cannot delegate to others. In other words, a concrete person to whom an authority or decision-making power has been delegated to from a higher source, canot, in turn, delegate again to another, unless the original delegation explicitly authorized it.
