General guaranty – the tem refers to a kind of commercial guarantee of goods, which is not addressed to specific individual and any buyer who gets the good, could benefit from the guarantee. For example, within the Bulgarian law system, for the structure of Bulgarian buildings the general guaranty is 10 years per the Structure of Territory Act, applying once the Certificate for Exploitation has been issued.
