Guarantor of collectability

Guarantor of collectability – the term describes the legal figure of an individual who guarantees the solvency of a debtor, in a situation where the creditor is unable to collect the due sums from the initial debtor. For example, the people who guaranteed a bank loan have to pay the debt to the creditor if the principal debtor, who has initially received the money, is unable to pay back.
