Joint will (mutual will)

Joint will (mutual will) – within the sphere of Inheritance Law in some jurisdictions the term refers to a written will where two individuals, usually spouses, manage their own assets for the time after their death (usually who to receive the Title on their movable properties and own real estates). The opposite of “Personal will”. Not possible in some legal systems, where provised that the will is a strictly personal and confidential act.
