Judicial of arbitration – within the meaning of the Civil Law, in many legal systems this is a judgment achieved in the Arbitration court of law. There usually the given judgment is final and can not be appealed. Originally designated to settle disputes between parties in shorter deadlines than the regular civil courts, sometimes for claims for large amounts of money, it could be more expensive procedure bearing the court tax to be paid here as well.
