Junior execution

Junior execution – this legal term details the subsidiary execution performed by the local bailiff against available assets of the debtor, which execution procedure follows the main one. For example, the lawyer’s fees on top of the won civil claim, where there is an execution list issued by the court in favor of the lawyer and their client, are a subject of a junior execution before the local enforcement agent (the bailiff). In our opinion it is always preferable to consult with an independent civil lawyer about the chances to secure a claim, before entering it in court.
