Jus spatiandi et manendi

Jus spatiandi et manendi – this legal phrase comes from Latin. It finds application in the Real Estate Law, where refers to legal right of trespassing or usage, given to the citizens, but only for physical recovery or learning. Examples are the elements of the infrastructure – open roads and facilities, or metro trains – all of these could be used by all people. Because the definition of this Latin phrase is close to the property easement, in practice it is considered that jus spatiandi et manendi is a special type of property easement.
