Leave of court hall

Leave of court hall – in this particular case, “leave” means: “a permission”. Some actions in the court trial need the permission of the court – for example, the request by the party to the court to issue a certificate for checking bank accounts or real estates of the defendant, is called “leave of court”. A losing party may be granted leave, stipulated in the Civil Law, to appeal the court decision in the higher court.
