Legal executive

Legal executive – per the Law this is the figure of a holder of a Master degree in Law, who has passed the practice in Institutions, and then has taken the license exam, that entitles the legal executive to take the Lawyer’s exam in order to be able to advise people, or the Magistrates’ exam, or to be hired on a labor contract as a solicitor in a company. In many legal systems the legal executive is still not allowed to advise people, simply because doesn’t have the necessary lawyer’s insurance for damages caused to clients. This is why, when you seek for independent lawyer’s advice, it is important to ask them if they are regulated bona-fide lawyers entitled to advice clients against payment, with valid professional insurance.
