Management of apartments – in many jurisdictions this term details the process of letting/renting out of individual apartments situated in residential or holiday complexes. Usually an apartment owner signs a temporary rental agreement with a management company, and respectively receives a rental income (could be guaranteed rental income or not). Unfortunately in some cases it is difficult to control the actual rental income achieved from the apartment, i.e. to be sure that the money you are receiving as owner by the management company, are fair enough. This is why it is advisable to contact an independent property lawyer for a legal consultation, before you sign any management / rental contracts, where they can draw or negotiate your contract; to stipulate guaranteed usage for you during the season, etc. – or to advise you to pull out in advance, before entering in endless expenses towards somebody who is trying to become rich from renting your apartment out.
