Middleman – this term details the figure of intermediary, which in the Real estate transactions is considered to be the property broker. A contract should be signed when using a middleman, in order to secure the rights of the assignor and to bring the liability of the middleman for any eventual damages caused because of offering to the assignor problematic goods or services that even do not belong to the middleman, i.e. where the middleman is not even the seller but only a third party chasing commission fee.
