Natural born citizen – this term describes the figure of a citizen, born within the concrete country and been given a Birth Certificate, giving him the right of citizenship of this country. This why it is opposite to the naturalization, which is given only to aliens, who are not born in the country they apply to become citizens of. In most legal systems, the natural citizenship cannot be taken away ever, if provided by the local Constitution.
