Negotiated property purchase – this term within the area of Real Estate Law, usually refers to a real estate deal, where all the initially offered terms and conditions of the purchase have later been successfully negotiated between the two parties or between their lawyers, in order to reach a property transfer in the form of a Title Deed (in most jurisdictions).
