Notary – Also known as “notary public”: in many legal systems this term describes the figure of a legal officer with specific judicial authority to attest to legal documents usually with an official seal and documents which later are a subject of entering at the Land Register-for example, Title Deeds for property sale or for establishing a mortgage on a real estate. His other authority is to witness facts and stipulate these facts in official documents (for example, serving notary invitation for termination of a contract. Most countries do not have notaries vesting administrative legal authority in lawyers or court officers. The notaries public in many countries participate in professional Chamber.
