Original documentary check – this term describes the legal check performed by a lawyer about a certain document (for example a validity of a concrete Title Deed), where the lawyer check the validity of the document, its content, the current legal status of the detailed real estate (for lack of mortgages, burdens, etc.) and usually prepares an investigation report about the outcome of his legal work on the matter. Lawyers do not work for free; their job is paid, so when asking a lawyer for their legal opinion on a concrete legal issue, you should pay them for their opinion and legal advice; it is the same like when you visit a doctor and pay for diagnose and medical treatment.
