Original power of attorney – this is the initial power of attorney signed by the client towards their hired lawyer. It is important to be detailed here that power of attorney, per the Bulgarian law could be signed only to lawyers; otherwise it is called a letter of authorization only when given to any third parties where it does not contracts the proxy towards the person who has signed it; neither creates any obligations for the proxy, but only passes rights to him, as precisely detailed in the text of the document only to affect the legal sphere of the signor.
