Pallio Cooperire

Pallio Cooperire – this legal phrase comes from Latin and in terms of Family Law it refers to the act of making a child legitimate with the legal event of the marriage. I.e. under signing the marriage certificate or contract (where applicable) or via concluding the religious wedlock (where recognized as official one), both spouses who marry each other, “recognize” legally the child and get listed officially as parents of this child.
