Parate executiion

Parate executiion – in some jurisdictions this term refers to the legal possibility given to the creditor to execute on the debtors’ available assets besides the normal legal procedures – i.e. without the assistance of the bailiff in order to collect their debt. This is not possible in many legal systems, where there is the legal figure of the bailiff (enforcement judge) who is only allowed to execute on the debtor’s assets.
