Parcenary

Parcenary – in the area of Inheritance Law, this term refers to holding ownership on assets jointly – executed by two or more persons, where parcenary has been created by the descent of real estates left from an ancestor. The heirs are entitled to manage and transfer the property ownership towards third aprties mutually only, before the inheritance pot has been splited/shared among them. A synonym is “coheirship” or “coparcenary” (n).
