Passive receiver

Passive receiver – in terms of Inheritance Law this legal phrase refers to the figure of a person, who has been appointed by the court to administer the assets of decedent person, and who, on the base of operation with the estates achieves income from these, declares it to the court and enters it at a fund in benefit of the inheritants.
