Paulian claim

Paulian claim – within the area of Court Trials, this term details a specific civil claim, available in many legal systems, submitted against third parties, to whom assets of the debtor have been transferred in order to reduce intentionally the ability of the debtor to cover their debt in full towards creditors. The main purpose of this claim is the property transfers towards the third party to be nulled (terminated) so the property is considered again owned by the debtor, for the goals of the creditor, who usually then burdens it and performs execution procedure on it – in order to collect the debt.
