Periodic alimony – this phrase is part of the Divorce Trials, where refers to a financial support, given via court order by one spouse to the other spouse until remarriage or until the death of the supporting spouse. An antonym is the term “Permanent alimony”, which details to giving the spouse part of the assets of the other spouse as a type of legal right and benefit, instead of monthly financial support, for example.
