Perpetual injunction

Perpetual injunction – within the court trials this phrase refers to issued provision by the court (that could be taken at anytime during the lawsuit), that prohibites one of the participating parties from doing a specific course of action. Briefly perpetual injunctions pursue speeding-up the court process.
