Personal effects

Personal effects – in the sphere of Inheritance Law in some legal systems, this phrase refers to the items for daily usage that are given with a personal will by the testator towards beneficiary. Usually these are clothes, jewelry, personal instruments and fittings, etc. that are managed by the testator in their own will mostly in favor of their children.

* Note it is advisable to consult with a lawyer who can draw your personal will so it won’t be disputed on a later stage due to any shortcomings or defects, or because not following the provisions of the Law for wills.
