Pollution – this term is part of the Environmental Law, where details a destruction of clean atmosphere, clean water or clean soil, by manhand. The pollution is the direct outcome of the influence of mankind on the surrounding environment. This is why nowadays there are taxes for many human business activities that cause pollutions, where the goal is via the burden of taxes to reduce the pollution. The term is also related to the term “pollution liability”, which rises from the release of hazardous substances or pollutants or contaminants. A synonym is “dirtiness”.
