Positive Law – this term refers to the body of the local Law, produced by the Parliament and all related authorities, entitled to produce acts, orders, statutes, etc. Within the system of Parliamentary Law refers to the official legislation in concrete country, accepted by a politically elected body, like the Parliament or the Government.
