Ab agendo – this term comes from Latin. It describes the non-ability of a person to perform a concrete legal activity, because of some legal reason. Such reason usually is underage, or mental illness, physical incapability, etc. Therefore even if such legal action is done, its validity would be successfully questioned due to the presence of such reason.
