Post-placement report – within the Child Care procedures, this term details the report, prepared by a social worker by request of the judge on adoption cases, where they examine the conditions in which the child lives, prior to adoption. The role of the post-placement report is to help the judge to decide on the submitted adoption application; on cases for change in the parental supervising of a child.
