Premediated murder

Premediated murder – within the area of Criminal Law in some jurisdictions, this term describes a homicide done with intention to kill – usually in connection with performance of other crime. Premediated murders are done with willful deliberation and making plans for the homicide. These serious crimes, on the base of the fact that they consist of premediation ( i.e. the plan before doing something) receive bigger charge than murders done by accident.
