Present interest

Present interest – in the area of Property Law in some jurisdictions, this term refers to the unlimited legal right of use of movable property or real estate. In other words, the possessor can manage the property, to operate with it so to collect the benefits of it, etc. The present interest in some legal systems refers to the unlimited right of the property holder to use, possess, or enjoy the property, as well the produced profit / benefits, or advantages of it.
