Pretrial motions

Pretrial motions – in the Civil Trials, the pre-trial motions usually seek the goal to secure the interests of the claimant in relation to the prospective claim. For example in some jurisdictions this could be the specific request made by the claimant towards the judge, to allow burdening the defendant’s assets to secure the outcome of the prospective claim is pre-trial action. Especially in cases where the main claim may not be submitted yet by the plaintiff. Somewhere called also “pretrial actions”
