Privies

Privies – in some legal systems this term refers to the figures of parties, connected with real estate or relative relations. For example, these are the testator and beneficiers in a will, or the landowner and the tenant, etc. The legal relations or the mutual interests of the parties are called “privity”. The legal connection between her and their ancestor is called “privity in blood”, and the legal connection between a landowner and tenant – “privity in property”.
