Privaty in possession – this legal term is used in the area of Real Estate Law, where refers to the knowledge of line of possessors. I.e. each possessor knows what they are going to possess and from whom they are about to. The privaty in possession is often used in adversary possession claims to detail the connection between the line of possessors (which line sometimes has been established with the goal to harm the claimant).
