Privity of estate – this legal term is used in the area of Real Estate Law in some jurisdictions. It refers to the legal relations between co-owners of a single property, resp. have the same right in a particular property. For example, privity of estate is the one between landowner and tenant or creditor and debtor in relation to mortgaged apartment.
