Proactive strategy

Proactive strategy – this legal term refers to public policy to prevent crimes via hiring criminals on job positions, and in this way to prevent them from doing crimes again. The goal of the proactive policing is to improve their social skills and to make them normal participants in the society on one hand, and to reduce the crimes and the police work of investigators, prosecutors and courts, via keeping criminals busy and giving them salaries for the work they do, on another.
